manage currency

Hi community,
i was trying to manage currency by moving my balance from USD to EURO but it seems difficult, it says something went wrong, my aim is to convert currency to euro in order to withdraw into my bank account, unfortunately when i try to withdraw i got two options of GBP and EURO in which those accounts have no balance yet. any help?

    Hi @NDEMBO. In order to use the Manage Currency feature, your USD card need to be activated. As we can see on your account, it's not active yet.
