Error: "service does not support the selected payment route"

Hi all, can someone explain what this means in English. I accept payment from other company based in this location via Payoneer, this company is also registered with Payoneer, other freelancers also receive funds from this company via Payoneer, obviously I have a Payoneer account. What possibly can the problem be?? Thanks

Hello, I am a freelancer. The company I am providing work for is located in China, I am registered in Thailand. I am looking to receive funds from the company located in China. This company is already registered with Payoneer and pays its subcontractors via Payoneer. In order to receive the funds from the company, I use Request a Payment function on the Payoneer website (as instructed by the company). Upon entering the details of the company and clicking NEXT, this error was shown. Hope that helps, thanks for the input.
