Able to create an account, impossible to log in.

I've tried this with different email addresses and passwords and double-checked my credentials when trying to log in, but I keep getting an error message, telling me "One or more details is incorrect".

Requesting a password reset works, but for some strange reason I never receive their password reset message.
This is weird, because when I use the automated help I do receive their confirmation mail.

I don't understand what is going on...
