Global payment service add currencies failed

i want to add currency in global payment service (JPY)
I have submit and get mail about reviewed my application for it but unfortunately this service is currently not available for my account.

then i have send message to ask further more question but payoneer responded with auto reply

what should i do? do i missing something why is it not available in my account or maybe i send verification application that need more correct info. or it isn't available in my country? or etc.

    Unfortunately, this service is currently unavailable to new users as this is still a beta version. Once we receive a notification for new users to be expanded, you will notified.
