I don’t know what to do now

My neighborhood is under quarantine and i am stuck at home without enough food to last me the whole month. I am depending on my online work to earn some money to buy necessities since it’s dwindling. Once I received my money payoneer took $59 for fees plus I can’t withdraw monies to my bank account because I haven’t received the card I would need to take out another $40 to get the card here faster. I called and they can’t do anything But give me a discount on the $40 that’s about it. I worked so hard to earn through a horrible time like this. Now I have to either wait a month or pay up the little I have left to get the card.
