i have received a payment in my payoneer account 2-3 days back and along with an email that says you need some additional information to process this payment. There was a link in the email that said TELL ME MORE and i clicked on that link and i was redirected to my payoneer account where it said ALL GOOD and everything is fine. Then i clicked on verification settings and i saw NO PENDING TASK AND YOU ARE GOOD TO GO. It has been a horrible experience so far with payoneer.

I am in desperate need of this money to survive but these people do not even care. their live chat time is 1 hour, phone only works four days a week, by email they take 2-3 days to respond. I mean there is nothing called an urgency. My account is all set and verified and still they dont transfer my money to my account. They just keep sending emails that please submit needed information and they can not even see that there is no requirement of any information or document in my account.

pathetic service so far, i even know this post will not bother payoneer people much but still if you need my customer id and transaction id -

    Please be advised that any payment coming into your account is subject to a review by our payments department. This payment is currently being reviewed by our payments team. You submitted documents on the 22nd of March. Once a client submit requested documents, they will need to wait for the review to be over. This can take anywhere from 1 to 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays).

    As soon as the review is done, you will be notified via email.
