bad behaviour from support agent on live chat

hello, i need to comaplain about bad treatment from agent guy on livechat
he speaks to me in abad way like he speaks to adog and call me fool when asking for my right
i wonder is that the way that support speak to his clients especailly if big company like payoneer
other support in any comapny resp[ect his clients and speak to them in respect way even if clietns speak in agressive way but what i see bad treatment
i need to comaplain about that and need my right or i will lose my trust with payoneer and share my experinece on balckhatwordl forum and other big forums
i really didnt expect that especailly from payoneer comapny
i can share screenshot too here and on turstpilot with my screenshot if i dotn get my right fromt hat agent who treatme like nothing
