Account Not Approved After 2 Weeks!

Hi, there
I applied for a Payoneer account since March 10th and today 24th my account is still not approved. I have already submitted the required info and my National ID is even approved but not my account.
Please can you help with that? I need the account!

    Your account is already approved.
    Any documents you submitted will only go into review once you start receiving payments into your account.
