I have a problem with my transfer fund

Hi, my best friend is here.

I experience an error when I transfer through my account to the local bank that I have.
And the transfer funds have also been agreed to be sent to my local bank despite a mistake that I accidentally, namely the name of the destination bank.

I have contacted the customer service and gave directions to me to wait 14 working days.
But until now my funds have not returned to my account.

Whether the problem I experienced can be helped through this discussion.

Hopefully all my best friends here can explain or help the problem I'm experiencing. And I am a new user or just have an account at Payoneer.
