Payment is pending from 24 days and asks for additional information

I didn't get my payment form 24 days and payoneer team e-mails me "We need additional information". But I provided everything they need like Pan Card, Driving License Card, Aadhar Card(national identity) and Bank account picture. But, I don't know what is left.
Customer support is not helping me, I sent a lot of emails to customer support but I didn't get reply from 20 days. Please improve your payment gateway.
