Applicability of my card

I have ordered a Payoneer card by ising PEOPLE PER HOUR SITE.

But recently, through one of my I have come to know that, this card will be applicable for PEOPLE PER HOUR site.

It will not be applicable for other site like UPWORK,FIVER etc.

Is it true?

Please let me know.
