created a new account and payoneer is saying that i have to continue with the old account.

I am facing an issue and would like to resolve it ASAP.
I have deleted my account from Payoneer because of some personal issues. I am a freelancer on Fiverr and also detached my account from there.
Now I want to connect my new account with my Fiverr account but on the Payoneer site, it gives me an error when I want to verify my account that 'oops it seems that you already submitted your Payoneer account'.
Kindly help me out with this.
I shall be thankful.
