It's been 5 days and I haven't received my payment yet

I contacted with my bank and they said that they would need a reference number to be able to check my transfer from pool.

Could you please provide me my transfer reference number so that I can communicate with my bank?

    Hi @balayenes. We can see that your contacted our customer support and advised that the bank details were wrong. When a payment is sent to a bank account with incorrect details, the payment is rejected by the bank and reversed back. This generally takes up to 14 business days.
