Payoneer's Sender's Bank changed which affected fees

Hi,
I've made two withdraws recently: first in the January and the second right now, in March. The first one had sender's bank CITIBANK EUROPE PLC, the second one - PAYONEER INC. The first one had no fees applied by my bank the second one was charged $20 which is quite significant.
I'd like to know what has changed in Payoneer withdraw procedure, will that remain (meaning I will continue to be charged $20) and is it possible to change back to CITIBANK.
Thanks

@Gelor Hello,
We do apologize for this inconvenience.
Please be advised that the beneficiary bank may also charge landing fees.
Payoneer does not have control over the additional fees (correspondent and landing) that are deducted by other banks.
Please note that payment routes also sometimes change, affecting the correspondent fees charged.
We are always looking to improve our payment routes so that we can provide you with the best service at the lowest fee.0
