Payment Cancelled - Client Paid to Payoneer

Please see the issue in hand and answer why my payment has been cancelled?

I requested weekly payment from a client of my online tutoring services (law-related subjects), which he paid using his credit card.

Payoneer canceled the payment due to some policy reasons even though previously the same client has paid me 2 times and the payments were received successfully without any hurdle. Balance has been credited from his account though I have not received any payment yet.

I have read the terms and conditions in which I have seen that I cannot get payments for my legal services. I didn't about that. I have shown my Law firm business in Payoneer though I do online tutoring as well for various law subjects which i did in fact.
How can I change my business details to online education only and what is the further process of the payment which has been canceled?

    @Abidnizami Hello,

    Unfortunately, this can not be done as our payments department is in charge of this review. Once the decision is made due to a violation of policies, the line of business questionnaire can not be changed.
