Global Payment Service Questionnaire has been answered but no update.

Hi!
I have answered the questions in the verification center (Global Payment Service Questionnaire) almost a week ago but I am not getting any response from Payoneer about the approval.
Please note: My national identity card has been verified.
My Customer ID 36143573
Please let me know how to solve the issue.
