Payment not refunded after cancellation

My client has paid me payment to Payoneer to reach it to my account but Payoneer cancelled my payment due to policy reasons though the deduction of payment notification has been sent to the client from his bank.
All this happened almost 5 days ago but still my client is saying that he didn't get back his payment on his account to pay me through other means.
Please resolve my dispute as soon as possible.
