Pending payment

I received a payment yesterday and it is still pending. I have received a lot of payment from the same source before. I don't know why payoneer is holding my payment now. They haven't send any email about that yet. I called the customer service department and they told me to wait until 4/07/2020. We are facing a time of crisis and I really need that money. What Can I do ?

    Please be advised that each payment that comes into our system is subject to a review. Currently these payments are pending manual review by our payments team. You will need to wait until the review is over so payments can be processed. We ask you kindly to wait.
