Why haven't I received my payment from Payoneer?

I haven't worked for the company Appen and have it setup to receive my payments through Payoneer. My payment was posted to my account since Jan 2020. I submitted documents to verify my identity three times. Finally it was approved over ten days ago. I am highly upset and dissatisfied with this whole process. This has been going on over sixty days now! Why haven't I received my funds for the hours I've worked?? Payoneer will not get my recommendation for anything at this rate.
