Hello, I want your help. I opened a store on Amazon and connected it to Pioneer, but unfortunately I receive a message that I have to send some documents from Pioneer, can you help me because I did not understand anything.

    Hi there. Can you explain to us what is the issue to link the Amazon Store with Payoneer?

    They ask me to provide them with an account statement.

    Please note you can easily download an official statement to provide to Amazon from within your online Payoneer account using Store Manager. To do so, please follow these steps:

    1 - Log in to your Payoneer online account.
    2 - From the main menu, go to Activity and choose Store Manager.
    3 - Inside Store Manager, choose the Amazon store* that's connected with the Global Payment Service account you need a statement for.

    *** Note: In case you didn't add the Amazon store to Store Manager yet, you can do it by clicking on "Add New". In case you don't have the store set up yet on Amazon's end, you can write the store details you plan to use on Amazon.**

    5- When adding your Amazon store, you will be requested to provide the MWS details. In case you don't have these yet, you can skip this part by pressing "Save my details and connect later".
    6 - Inside the relevant store, choose Bank Statement and select Download Statement.
