My money went straight to an expired card

Hi there,

I'm having issues with my payoneer account. I haven't used it for quite some time however I decided to switch back to it. The problem is that the I received a payment from a company but instead of going to one of the new cards, I ordered the payment went straight to an expired card.

Can you move these funds to one of the new cards I have?

I would appreciate it if this can be handled quickly because I need money due to the Coronavirus thing. I've already contacted support and nothing yet.

    Hi there. Once you activate the new card, the funds should move automatically.

    That's the problem, the card can't come to my house. Even post offices aren't working here in my country. This is not the first time I've collected card so is there a way they can move it to that card so I can withdraw to my local bank? Otherwise, I would have to ask that the money is returned to my employer in full.
