No Global Payment Service in my Account

Hi, there
It is more than three weeks now since I have my Payoneer account but I can't still find the Global payment feature in my account so that I can open a USD account to receive payments. When I go to "Receive" in the menu, there are only "Request Payment" and "Mass payout companies". The "Global Payment" link dosn't appear.
Can you help? My customer id is: 36681544
