Bank Accounts still under review/pending approval

Hi, my two bank accounts are under my initials, so I submitted an image of my passport and said reason for why the name on my Payoneer account and my bank account are different.

It is still under review after quite some time, and I can't withdraw my Patreon balance. I sent a message to customer support but only got an automated reply.

Would appreciate any further information.
