Please Why Hasn't My Funds Arrived My Local Bank Account, Its Been 2 weeks

I Made A Transfer on the 23rd of March. I got The Usual Confirmation Email But The Money is Yet To Arrive My Bank Account as of Today. I Have sent a 2 Emails via the support center but all i got was an Automated Response that wasn't Helpful At Just says it Typically takes 2-5 business days and that My Account must be correctly Linked etc...I have recieved Payment before to the same account and it has been at least 10 business days...Please Help.
