Payment cancelled and balances blocked

Hello, yesterday I received a payment from my paypal account. the funds appeared as pending and I called the support team. I was asked to upload a new copy of my national ID both front and backside. I did so and was told that They are reviewing it. Today I logged into my account only to find that the pending balance is now cancelled and balances blocked. I am yet to receive any communication from the support team.

On checking my paypal balance, the amount was not refunded there either.

I tried calling them again and was told that my calls can't be picked. Can someone help me understand what's going on.
