Solution to balance still blocked

Hi all.

My balance has been blocked for months now, I have successfully submitted the document that was required AGAIN for verification but still no response and the block hasn't been lifted.

Any solution to this please? I want to start receiving funds to the account.

    The account you have registered is part of our old card account programs we no longer offer at Payoneer. You will need to create a new Payoneer account with a new email in order to gain access to our updated services.
