Pendent Payment - No validation info email was sent

Hello Guys,
I've received a payment order on April 6, and it's pending so far, and no email requiring any info of mine was sent, according to Payoneer directions.
That's is my salary, and this can not happen. It's a serious issue.
I hope for a quick resolution.
