After the payment has been declined , the payment has not yet reflected on my VISA card

:s Customer id :36822906 . Transaction for amount USD 4480 was done on 25th March 2019 , but the payment was declined due to some reason which was never explained . Even after 10 days the payment has not been reflected on my VISA Credit Card . The customer care has not been responding since the . I have been checking with bank but the payment is not been reverted. Please revert the paument asap due to the crisis i am going through a lot of challenges. please understand. Please help .
