USD Account Blocked and KDP Payment declined

I set up my Amazon KDP account to send payment into my Payoneer USD account. Surprisingly, the first payment I got from KDP was canceled and my USD Account blocked. I have emailed support severally always received stock replies unrelated to the matter at hand. Please how can the block be removed and the Payoneer account authorized to receive KDP payments.

We do apologize for the inconvenience. On our end your account is not blocked. The payment was cancelled due to some clarification regarding the payment source. Unfortunately, you will need to reach out to our support center via phone calls or chats. They handle these kind of cases.
