My Payoneer account is almost useless ! No "Add bank account" " withdraw " & "make a payment" option

Hi everyone,
I have my Payoneer account for more than 5 years; I haven't used it then because I was finishing my studies. Now I want to be a full-time freelancer and noticed that my Payoneer account is pretty much useless.
I tried to add my local bank account, however, there is no filling form when I click on the tab. I also don't have the make a payment and the other currencies like GBP and EUR in the Global Payment Services. I have no withdraw option tab also.
I tried reaching out by email to reorder a Payoneer Credit Card and the support kept telling me to verify my account even though I have received a Payoneer card when I first started. I went to the verification center and updated my address and my identity info ( sent them a photo of my identity card with driving License ) and for some reason I keep getting " the information you entered does not match our request ".
Some of my friends told me about the live support chat and tried to contact the support team using this method. Oddly enough when I log into my account the Live Chat button disappears.
Is there a way to communicate with a real human from the support team because I have had enough with the copy-paste answers I keep getting from the email team.
Hopefully, the community team could help me figure out what is happening with my account and help me resolve this issue.

@achrafarbi Hello,
Please be advised that the account that you have is part of our old card account programs. We no longer offer these programs. You will need to register for a new Payoneer account with a new email. Once you do, you will regain access to new features that Payoneer has to offer. Once you start receiving payments into that new account you will then be eligible for the card.
