Account Verification Delays

Hello Admin,
It's been two days since I submitted a proof of residence to the verification center and I have not received a feedback. My status shows "submitted" but my account verification is still being delayed.

I have gone through similar complaints from other users on the community platform and I am really concerned about the customer care team's prompt response to enquiries.

The peculiarity of this situation requires urgent redress by the CC team. I have a pending transaction but I can't access my account for withdrawal because it's not been approved.

Kindly address my situation and save a soul. Thank you.
