Bank Account Approval

Hello, sir/ma'am
I applied for a recipient account, and I received an email which told me that Payoneer needs 3 days to prove my account and 5 days passed and I didn't received any emails so i just want to know what is the current state of my bank account and if i need to provide additional information to expedite the process of approval.
