Need to apply to a receiving account in AUD, how can I contact human support?

I am working with a company based in Australia. The company makes payment in AUD only. Now I need to create a global receiving account in AUD currency but the only option I see in the Receive -> Global Payment Service screen is JPY.

I tried to send message through "Contact Us" page but every time I am getting same auto generated email with this guide:
- Log in to your Payoneer account
- Go to the Receive tab and select Global Payment Service
- On the left, you will have a list of currencies. Click on the currency you would like to add (Currencies for - which you do not yet have a receiving account are marked with a ‘+’ symbol)
- Press on the Apply Now button to start the application process.

For some unknown reason I dont see "Live chat" option in the contact support page.

what should I do next?
