Problem with balance transfert from old card to new card

Hello,
I have got an old payoneer card in USD currency, which is expired on 01/20 , I recently receive also a new replacement card in EUR currency.
The problem is that, my balance still blocked on the USD card , and I don't know how to transfert this balance to my new card in EUR.
Please tell me how to do to resolve this ?

@njarasoa Hello,
Please be advised that when you signed with Payoneer, you selected the prepaid mastercard in USD. Therefore, in order to transfer currencies to your EUR card, you will need an active USD card first that is not expired. You will need to order a new card in USD via our support center and once you receive and activate it, all other service will be enabled. Kindly use the link below to contact our support center:
