Account Validation Took More than 3 Months!!

I should receive payment from a partner (Gettransfer) They only use Payoneer to pay suppliers. I have no message on my Payoneer interface but Gettransfer is telling me that my account is still not activated by Payoneer though I have sent all required documents 6 months ago. Nobody answers on the phone or by mail. Payoneer is absolutely unreachable in no way (email, phone, chat ...) Nothing! Could someone tell me if there are real persons working for Payoneer or is this a scam? My Payoneer ID number is 33387626.
