hello ,
i make "request a payment" to receive my payment from a company ( i work for it online) ,
the company tell me "Unfortunately, our accountancy got another failure notification after they attempted to proceed with your new payment request " 2 times failure,
can you please fix this problem.

    i read this article now
    "If you have not used Request a Payment before, you will be asked to provide information about your business and supply documents to confirm your identity. These steps are necessary to verify that your business is supported under our terms of service and to prevent fraud and identity theft."

    can you please make a verification to National Id and Global payment service questionnaire
