Not Verified After 20 Days. No Global Payment Service

My ID is 37048850.

I have yet to receive an email concerning the approval of my account. In the verification center, nothing more is asked of me and it says my passport was approved but no email.
Also when I open the app I do not have the option to see "receiving" and under the receive section of my account it says "Mass Payout Companies" instead of "Global Payment Service". Why?
A company is asking for my IBAN using the app but that doesn't exist for me.
