Amount Pending/Under Review/Upcoming Transactions

I request a PPH withdrawal to payoneer a couple of days ago, and still haven't received the amount in my payoneer account. It shows in the upcoming transactions section, pending!

I have already submitted the NATIONAL ID AND ADDRESS two months ago and haven't received any issue email etc, regarding verification or pending status, that means it was verified!

The support pages say it normally take minutes.. So whats the issue here ???
