Direct Bank Transfer

Hi Faizan here,
Payoneer customer id: 19724067
I made a direct bank transfer to my account on 18th of April and I got payment confirmation two times one on 18th of April and second on 20th April but i did not receive payment to my bank account to which i had made transaction.
I called my bank and they do not have any of mine pending transaction. So its seems an issue on payoneer side.
Please Help me with this.

    Please be advised that it can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days for funds to arrive to your local bank account. This excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and national bank holidays. kindly wait the estimated time frame.
