Its almost 3 month My account didn't approve yet

Hello sir,
I applied for payoneer almost 3 month ago and submitted my National ID, but not approve my account even I contacted with support via message 3 days ago, not replyed yet and today I noticed that my account is balance blocked, please help, how to approve my account, its urgent

Unfortunately, your account was closed due to a violation of our terms and conditions that we are not allowed to disclose. You will need to look for alternate processing payment companies to cater to your business needs, as Payoneer can no longer provide it's services to you.
