Hello Payoneer Support,

I submitted all the documents that were asked. I provided my "National ID card", instead "Smart National Id card" (I haven't got smart nid card yet)

I need some emergency cash for the treatment of my sick son. Hope Payoneer Support help me to get the verification process done as soon as they can.

    Once a document is submitted to our accounts team, you will need to wait 3 to 5 business days for the review to be over. You will be notified via email once that update is ready.
