Banks Account not Approve

Have a nice day, I added a new bank account to my account. While approving it, he asked for a picture of my identity card. I included it, but it's been three days. My account is not yet activated. There is a message called Action Required. But when I go to the Action Center, it doesn't contain anything. What's my problem.? Can I withdraw money?

    Hi there. We can see that you need to send the backside from your ID. Please enter your Payoneer account and upload the document.
