How to deactivate payoneer card if you're in Asia (specifically Philippines)

I've never used the card and I was charged $29 for it (and I was never informed that there will be a maintenance fee. Payoneer just auto-debited it on my account. I hope I was notified first as respect to the owner's money). I'd like to deactivate it now before this happens again. Also, I just would like to know if I can get back the fee Payoneer took on my account if you've proven that the card was never used. Thank you! Hoping to get help from you.

Hi there. We understand that you've been charged the annual fee for the maintenance of your account. This fee is basically charged once a year and once the card has been activated and you have enough funds on your balance to cover the fee. You can easily access the fee structure on your online account and it is always updated accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your card or check about fee refund, please contact our Support Center and request it.
