10 days have been passed since my payment is pending

Hi There,

Customer Care team has replied my email after i posted my inquiry here before. They asked me for address which i have given them but now 4 days have been passed yet no update and in total 10 days have been passed since my payment is pending. Can anyone tell how much time it is needed for payment to be deposited into the account? And does payment bounce back or rejected after certain period of time? please help me out.

    Hi there. Please note that we need your complete address, with house number, street name, landmark, etc.

    If your address does not have a specific street name or house number, then provide us with the description of your house location in the address format provided above.

    You may use any landmarks and references that help define your home address. So for example you can describe what your house looks like and what's close to it, like in the example bellow:

    Street address Line 1: Yellow house with 3 bushes
    Street address Line 2: near Milton road, 30 KM from LaLand Elementary school
    Country: Nowhere Land
    Zip/Postal Code: 98765

    Once you provide this information, then we will be happy to continue processing your payment.

    Reply to the same email, but providing a complete address.
