Payment still pending..

I've been in contact with support before about this and still an issue I've had a payment pending since June last year and it was never sorted out why, Last time I spoke to anyone they told me I had to fix up my verification center stuff then it would be right so I did that and still nothing been waiting and waiting then forgot about it for awhile. So yeah could someone please help?
