I Cant find Global Payment service

I cant find Global Payment Service on my account.
I have been asked to verify my account by sending a national ID, Driving licence or passport and i send a Driving licence. And it says submitted in the verification menu. But I cant find the the global payment service menu in the receive list.
Would you check my account and let me know what the problem is ?
