Founds frozen after card block?

Hi! I had an unexpected charge so i contacted the support center and they blocked my card, now i need to withdraw money from the account to another bank, how do i do that?
I see the founds but cannot operate with them.

    Your case is still being handled by our department. Once there is an update you will emailed the steps you need to follow to withdraw the funds to your local bank account.
