My payment has been cancelled

I was asked to provide proof of residence of which I did send multiple documents as requested, though to my surprise, I'm yet to receive any formal communication about the account verification, besides, my payment under review since Apil 3rd has been canceled, balance blocked and I have no idea how long I will have to wait till I get that money.
