Smart NID verification Waiting

From support told me to opened a new account using same info of existing account to merge two accoun. I have opened a new account and smart NID has been submitted 6 days gone but not yet approved. What can I do now? Can anybody from payoneer help me here?

    Please note that on the new account, these documents will be approved when you begin to receive payments on it. This doesn't hinder your ability to receive payments.
