Card Shipment Problem Due to COVID19

I have been using Payoneer for more than three years. It was fine. However, last month I applied for a new card due to the expiry of the old one. It was expected to get here (Lahore) on April 8. It did not. I have applied for another. But it is under review. I need the monthly payment I receive in my Payoneer account every month. So I contacted the customer care through live chat. They gave me the idea of setting up another account with the same detail. I have done so but using my alternate email. The two accounts, they said could be combined, and I could draw the amount to the bank account directly.
The problem I face now is that the LIVE CHAT is no more available. Can I know what has gone wrong with it?

I am facing the same issue, My card is expire and new order is still in pending. The funds are in the card so I can't withdraw them to my local bank and they are not replying me.
What should we need to do now?0 -
